Attorney Matthew Strubinger is a 2017 graduate of Lehighton Area High School. He then enrolled at Elizabethtown College in the fall of 2017 where he majored in political science. In the Fall of 2019, Attorney Strubinger spent his semester at the Robert F. Kennedy Main Justice Department Building interning with the Strategic Communications Staff at the United States Department of Justice Executive Office for United States Attorneys. In 2021 he received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Elizabethtown College.

Following college graduation, Attorney Strubinger enrolled at Widener University Commonwealth Law School in the fall of 2021. In the spring of 2022 Strubinger received a CALI Excellence for the Future Award. In Strubinger’s second year of law school, he was accepted as a member to the Trial Advocacy Honor Society and was awarded the Second Place Advocate at the prestigious Academy of Trial Lawyers of Allegheny County 58th annual Mock Trial Competition. Additionally, in the spring of 2023, Strubinger was a certified legal intern at the Central Pennsylvania Law Clinic where he served indigent clients in Dauphin County.

In the Summer of 2023, Strubinger became the first certified legal intern in the history of Carbon County when he worked with court appointed conflict counsel for the Carbon County Public Defender’s Office. In 2024, Attorney Strubinger graduated in the top 25% of his class from Widener University Commonwealth Law School with a certificate in advocacy.

During Attorney Strubinger’s breaks from college and law school, he served as a legal intern for this law firm since 2019.

Attorney Strubinger was admitted to practice before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court in 2024. Attorney Strubinger is a member of the Carbon County Bar Association.
